• The user cancels the service within 7 days of purchase and there was no violation of our acceptable use policy.

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment via a support ticket.

4. BeMyHost Wallet

The BeMyHost wallet allows users to make purchases on the platform. Funds added to the wallet are non-refundable and non-withdrawable. BeMyHost is not responsible for unauthorized access to the wallet unless caused by our negligence.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

The use of services for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in hacking, fraud, or other malicious activities.
• Sending spam or hosting malicious software.

Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

7. Providing Accurate Information

When registering for BeMyHost services, users are required to provide true and accurate details, including address, contact information, and additional identity details as requested by the company.

8. Service Delivery

The company provides most of its services autonomously, allowing the customer to receive services immediately after completing the purchase process.

• The customer did not set the password with an uppercase letter at the beginning, disrupting the autonomous system.
• The customer entered incorrect or incomplete information in the purchase form, such as contact details, username, or payment information.

All fields in the purchase form must be completed correctly and accurately according to the instructions provided during the process.

9. Support

The company provides technical support for the services it offers. The support does not include personal or private installations and is subject to the discretion of the support provider.
